My journey into baking started over 25 years ago. I spent a lot of weekends at my grandmother's house and our favorite pastime was baking brownies; the boxed Betty Crocker- Fudge Brownies to be exact. Till this day I swear those are the best brownies I've ever tasted, maybe because they're forever coupled with the unconditional love I always felt from my grandmother.  

 

Years later I attended and graduated culinary school at the Art Institute of California and spent the following years as a professional baker. After becoming a mother, I made the difficult decision to change careers in hopes of having a more staple work life balance, but baking always remained a passion of mine.

As my kids grew and motherhood became second nature to me, I was able to resume my passion of baking. I started slowly; cookies for friends and family, potlucks, etc. But as the positive feedback and orders started to pile in, I quickly realized I had an opportunity to turn my passion into a business. Hence, the creation of Krazy Kookies.

 

In short, my business name says it all. I live a crazy fulfilled life. The addition of the business has only expanded on that craziness, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. It's been an absolute joy seeing the excitement on my customers’ faces when they receive their order, and the positive feedback has been all the support I needed to pursue this journey to the fullest. I'm incredibly thankful for each and every customer.
